I'm a 22 year old boy who likes to wear girl's panties bras and such when I have sex and sleep. My ex was fine with it, we dated for five years. we broke up for other reasons but I want to find a girl that is in to it or at least ok with it. not sure how to do that.

I think that the more important concern is finding a girlfriend period! :-)
However, once you do and start to have some seriousness to your relationship, this needs to come up in conversation. It will be up to her to decide if she would be fine with it. If not, then you had your trial run and can move on, and so can she.
I would not recommend trying the reverse approach and looking for someone fine with it first mostly because that would make for a very awkward introduction. After all, the most important part of a relationship is if you can get along with a person. The fetish aspect should be a peripheral issue altogether.
