ok my ex in completly insane, i have called the cops on her many times, filed restraining orders on her, she keeps trying to get to my kids...from a previous marrage, she thinks they are hers, she scared them so bad i have them living with their grandparents until this gets sorted out, i devorsed her cause i found out that she was doing alot of drugs all the time, i didnt want to subject my kids to tht, to tell you how crazy she is she told her barber that she would give him $2,000,000 to burn my house to the ground at night with me and my kids in it, of coarse he came to me and i called the cops but wht should i9 do???

she is crazy, i would just move, and not tell anybody where, or just reverse the position, you stalk her for a while

make sure the cops take a report from this barber. After the report is done, march yourself right down to the d/a's office and tell them you wish to pursue charges. But, you have to follow through on it. Last I heard, asking someone to commit arson or arson/murder is murder for hire. If the d/A's office won't file charges, better get a good attorney. Why can't or wont the police enforce the restraining orders ?You'd think they'd atleast place a 72 hour hold on her to have a mental eval done. sounds like she's a few logs shy of a full cord.......Rule of thumb going thr a divorce involving children. Document, document, document. Every darn thing she does, every time she violates the restraining order, harasses you, EVERYTHING. Judges love documentation. Believe me...been there, done that !

OMG. I hope you and your kids are okay. Since your ex is in drugs and insane, I really thin you should be serious in bringing this issue to the court. It is a good idea to bring your kids to your parents until the time you fix your issues with your wife. In that way, they will be safe.

As for your wife, settle an appointment with your attorney where you and your wife can talk things like ask her why she kept on bugging you. Tell her that if she never stop, you'll put her in jail.

Honestly, I really don;'t know anything about your problem but i hope i'd helped a little.

You must try talking to her heart by heart that she should stop doing a lot of drugs.Tell her it is no use no beneficial at all only decreasing her money and destroying herself and will getting worse of her healthy.If she is still keeping her own bad manner,I think you have no more family relationship and no husband's responsibility because you have divorced her.So you can report her to the nearest police office .You have to tell to the officer that she has threatened you and your kids and will burn your house .
Your ex wife is actually crazy .She should be detained by the police as soon as possible.before everything bad happened.

WHy is this woman out on the streets? You should talk to the county attorney and try to put in a mental institution or jail for attempted murder. My uncle is prison for other charges as well as attempted murder. Hope you get it straightened out.

if she is threatning you and your kids then you need to go to the cops about it and you might need to start recording what she says to you or the kids for PROOF.
