Im not a KID im 19 years old but still live with my parents!!!Im single though...

Trust me honey, from where I am standing, you ARE a kid!
Okay, so I am old ... so are others here.
Also .. yes ... you are obviously immature even for your age, at least one gets that from your interactions on here. Has nothing to do with whether you live with your parents are not, it's all in the attitude.
You will have to work on acting and talking more mature if you want people to treat you accordingly. And I know 19 year olds that I treat as equals, because they have earned that privilege.

u might b called a kid until your 25+! It is because if u were about 70 you would just normally call ppl your who are around 19 a kid. it is because (no offense) "kids" don't have all the common sense and wisdom a 70 year old person does. so i hope that helps, and don't take it personally, and be happy with that comment.

Nineteen is still young. Your really not considered an adult yet. Also you must look at the age group of people that think you are a kid. To anyone who is 30+ you probably still do seem like a kid to them.

If you're living at home, you'd better be single! Married people do NOT deserve to be sponging off their parents.
Are you living off them? Or are you paying rent, utilities, holding a full-time job, shopping for your own clothes, personal effects, food, etc. Do you clean up after yourself, do your own laundry, cook your own meals?
If you can't answer responsibly to any one of the above sections, then sorry to say, but you're still a kid. Till you can fully support yourself and are no longer living under your parents' roof, you're not an adult.

Well dont u worry cherry....in my part of the world people keep on stayin with their parents until the parents reach the grave....maybe it seems immature to linger on wid ur parents and not venture out into the wild...but still i wud say tht the love and affection tht they have showered all thru ur childhood is worth for showing some affection towards them and lignerin on wid them...wht say?

yeah you are a kid, when a kid says "im not a kid" it means your a kid. when an older person gets called a kid, he enjoys it so thats how you know you are just a kid. who cares stay a kid, stay young , you have something those older people wished they still had thier youth.

are you going to school full time? Do you pay them rent and help with uitlities, food, and chores around the house? If you answered no then yes you are a kid and need to grow up
