Both.
I like to read a newspaper when I'm eating lunch, for example. I can read the whole things (like USA Today) at one sitting, and I don't have to be constantly clicking to link to some story.
On the other hand, I like to read news from different perspectives from around the world, so the Internet is best for that.

newspapers - i like the fact that everything is presented to me all at once, in the same place. i know where i can find what i want. it's wierd. i dunno. call me crazy.
