Stress can wear you out physically and mentally and leave you very drained. I have been known to get physically ill quite often because of stress, and it also is the main trigger of my asthma. It also tends to cause depression.

my coworker is suffering from ulcers right now because she lets stress at work dictate her life. it's one thing to be a workaholic, it's another to let it influence every other area of your life. they get you sites to look at. it can wear you down so much that your sleeping, eating, thinking, everything is effected by it.

make yourself reduce the stress by not taking on so much. delegate. realize what is really important, your health or _____. make time for yourself to unwind.

i, myself at work, refuse to let the rush send me into worry. i will do the best i can and what gets done gets done. do yourself a favor and destress to live longer. :)
