Hi, for a couple weeks off and on I have been experiencing a dull pain in my upper stomach region on the RIGHT SIDE. The pain is centered directly below the bottom of my rib cage on my right side. I have no other symptoms or problems and it usually occurs at night. I would like to know what organ or organs are associated with that area of the body that could be affected, and if anyone has any ideas what it could be? Thank you.

Sounds like your gall bladder. You need to see your doctor.

liver overload. it may cause sensitivity. get checked out, if I'm correct, get something like milk thistle and take it 2x per day.

Also, clean up your diet, and remove alcohol and tobacco.

Get plenty of excersize.
