I am thinking poison arrow frogs.
They sound nasty. Apparently they are called poison arrow frogs because they are poison, not because they look like arrows.

They get their name because there poison is used on the tips of arrows by humans for hunting! As for the food, I will say the puff fish!!

Well I would hate to eat a jellyfish. Especially a "rockinjellyfish". That sounds pretty dangerous. LOL.

Live octopus. People really eat it, and suffocate to death if they eat it wrong. The suckers on the octopus' tentacles stick to their throat, and they choke. No food could be good enough to risk my d*mn life to eat.

Blowfish. Is a delicacy in Japan. Chefs have to be licensed to prepare it. If done wrong, it will kill you before you finish your meal. When you order it, you have to sign a release. If i were on death row, that would be my final meal....just to know i tried it once.
