girl: do you think it's okay to hit a girl?
guy: i never say never. there are certain cases that it can be justified; ie you're playfully fighting, the girl has a weapon in her hand, the girl keeps hitting you without stopping. you hit the girl that's beating your girlfriend etc.
i guess most girls would be surprised to hear anything other than never hit a girl. but do the above examples justify saying most of the time it's not okay to hit, but sometimes it is.
note: i'm not asking if the above examples are okay(i would say they are; they are exceptions to the rule), i'm mainly asking how a girl would react after that conversation. thanks!

No, there are some circumstances where a guy can, and even should, be allowed to hit a girl if there's good enough reason behind it.
I find it funny how people have the preconception that a girl getting hit is always innocent. Even more funny at the fact how women fought so hard for equal rights yet still expect special treatment for just being female.
Hell, we STILL don't have equal rights in this country, except now it's the guys who have less rights than the girls... Sad...
Sorry ma'am, but I refuse to hold the door open for you just because you're a lady. Or fine, I'll hold it open if YOU hold it for me in return later on.

Yes! You're totally justified in getting mad at a guy for saying it's OK to hit a girl.
It's never OK to hit a girl. Only cowardly wimps with no ***** hit women. Period.

i would normally say that a guy should never hit a girl, no matter what, but those things that u mentioned are good examples. those are good exceptions to the rule.

you never hit a girl, she has every right to be mad at you. i dont care if shes hitting your girlfriend or not. hold her and let your girlfriend beat her up.
