I am a chinese,i just wonder What do you eat everyday?

we eat rice,noodle,steamed bread,conjee,battercake,dumpling(jiao zi),parched rice,and all kinds of fried dish. i like fish,pork,mutton,chicken,duck,eggs.

Do you drink the water from the water faucet directly?

We always let the water boil ,then wait it cool and drink.

In summer,we eat watermelon everyday.

Pork chops, turkey, ham, hamburgers, pot roast, hot dogs, chicken pot pies. mexican dishes, enchilada's, taco's, burrito's, chips and salsa or refried beans.
broccoli, green beans, mixed vegtables, and other fresh and cooked vegtables.
buns, white, wheat breads. cornbread,
a lot of potato's, french fries, augratin potatos
watermelon, canteloup and honeydew in the summer,
We drink water from the faucet and don't boil it. Americans buy a lot of bottled water for drinking, but only because we think its better than faucet water

uhm.. I usually eat noodles and rice and chicken everyday. That and alot of spagetti and ravioli with marinara. I live in the United States, but asian and italian food are my favorite food types.

I usually only drink bottled water or filtered water.

In the summer I eat ice cream almost every day :3

I am relax every time

I do not drink coffee
I do not smoking
I do not drink alcohol

I minimize to consume eggs or meat,
I eat fish, consume fish which have scale

I eat many tomatoes as much as possible
I eat many cucumbers as much as possible
I eat much green vegetables as much as possible
I eat rice every day

I drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres pure water a day
I do any sport 4-5 days a week

and I am healthier.

it really is not a superb idea to eat quick nutrition ordinary! i'd advise proscribing it to love a million-2 situations per week on the max. Bake you nutrition & do not eat that a lot fried nutrition & you should sense extra acceptable:)

Im indian...so we have rice,lentils,and fish/chicken/eggs...with it...i at least have a slice of chocolate cake evryday...but i dont gain wait at all...:)
we hv a water purifier system at our place so the water is pretty safe...

bagels, waffles, yogurt, frosted flakes ceral, chips, chocolate, fruit, and what ever my parents cook for dinner.
I drink spring water but when I'm out, i drink directly from the tap
