Je ne sais pas = I don't know

Je ne sais quoi = I don't know what

As above, I'd say it's more common to say "je ne sais plus", but for a spelling that represents the oral form "I dunno", I'd say you say this

"J'ai pas",

literally, this spelling means "I have", but French speakers say it like this to mean the phrase Je ne sais pas (I do not know), which becomes, Je sais pas (I don't know), which then is compacted to J'ai pas, when spoken, which would probably be the best equivalent for I dunno. You might actually want to spell it "J'sais pas" to avoid confusion.

Well it's more proper to say "je ne sais plus" or "je ne sais pas"..that means i donno...but if you say "je ne sais quoi" it sort of means watever...like: hier ma copine me disais je ne sais quoi--->yesterday my friend was telling me wat so ever...like she was telling me random stuff.
Hope i helped :)
Take care!
