ham and cheese, cheese burger, grilled cheese with bacon, grilled bread with heated tuna mix and pepper jack cheese, left over chicken strips with swiss cheese.
And since I was a kid bologna and american cheese.
Most of the sandwiches above are good with mayonnaise and maybe some mustard. Melted cheese and grilled bread taste better than the cold version.

roast beef with cream cheese, red onion, cheddar cheese, lettuce served on a crossant and mayo. Also love cold grilled chicken breast with cheddar cheese. The sandwich steak meat you get in the freezer with cheez whiz.
