Depends, if coworker is single then ask him/her out. Smiling a lot and making conversation a little more than the norm ought to give the person a pretty good idea, then go out to lunch, then take it from there

NEVER have office relationships!!!!!!!!!! OMG NO! it might seem cool because u get to be with him/her but if u guyz break up then it will be soo awkward and if u guyz dont then it could affect ur work ethic and that could get u in trouble or even fired!!! yea i wouldnt go there!
