Not really, a true love is to be able to accept the other parties short coming if its not an unhealthy ones, eg...illegal stuff or unreasonable temper or attitude. if its jus a common human nature, u/him shld speak out to discuss abt it as to show respect and then further decide whether isit necessary for it to be change.
no point of changing jus for the sake of changing, it will eventually come back or maybe even worst.

I would never change for someone I love. If they can't accept me the way I am, that is there own problem. I wouldn't make them change for me, because if you're changing them to be something you want them to be, then you're not loving them for who they are.

if 2 persons really love each other, they don't have to change, it doesn't really matter..sometimes, changes will just make things worse..sometimes, even if someone change for someone she or he loves and not for herself or himself, things will change..most people broke up because of this..
