Of course sin is real. Do you believe in a perfect being like Jesus was. God is a perfect God who never makes mistakes. We as people make mistakes and were born into sin. But through Jesus dying on the cross we have a chance to live holy and be saved from this sinful life. Christians sin as well so dont let anyone fool you but when you ask God to forgive you, your sins are forgiven. But you should not sin in the first place. Only by the grace and love of God does he forgive us.

Yes, sin is real. And by being human we all sin. The question is do you continue in your sin. Or do you recognize the sin, truly repent and try to do better each day.

No sin does not exist. Sins are human constructs designed by the early religious leaders to promote a patriarchal society and to control the masses through fear-based living.
There is no such physical place as hell and God does not condemn us to it. God is all-loving. It is humans who judge and condemn and control. Hell is a state of mind which you can experience if you believe in it enough.

"Sin" is a judgment call in itself. Sin is also in the eye of the beholder, the same beauty is.
Just learn to see things as 'they are' instead of 'they are sinful/good" etc.
