I want to be 125 lbs really bad, I feel so enormous but know this has to be rediculous. How can I stop feeling so fat if I am a good weight?

well, you're taller than average for most women, and you have to keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. so, you could be skinny as a rail, but if you're really toned, you're gonna weigh more than a girl thats the same size but has less muscle mass. i dated a girl that was about your height (maybe shorter) and she was never less than 139 or so because she was really toned. so dont worry about it. as long as you're healthy and happy, its all good.

You've really got a number of questions here. I'm sure you've heard that women can have body image issues where they 'feel fat' when they're right in the normal matrix. I don't think the number is really the goal. Do you want to be 'skinny'? It may not be in the genetic cards. Do you want to be athletic and toned? Now, we're talking! I think at 5'9 you have the right to carry a few pounds of muscle but most americans really are too fat. Set reasonable goals and get on a sustainable program. It's the only thing that will really work.

i really think you shoud gain some weight, and 125 is out of the question. this really sounds bad, im 20 years old, i lift weights, play football and coach in a gym, im 6´1 and weigh 230. so my advice to you is to try to gain weight and when i say that i dont mean to eat like crazy, but to excersice, i mean to gain weight with muscle not fat, and there is no way you will feel fat when ur fisically fit. but if u ask me that doesnt sound good

I wish i was 5-9 140 instead i`m 5-3 350 you are about right on your weight govt.weight say`s a female 5-0 should weigh100lbs and 6lbs to the ince there after so trey toput on a lil weight and be healthy

First of all, get over the fat thing and enjoy life......I am sure you are gorgeous at that weight and think you would be too skinny at 125.....Remember, when you wake up every morning, say to yourself," I am not fat and today I will not dwell on that." Even if you don't believe it at first, say it anyway, you will believe it eventually.....Take care honey!!!!

Your NOT FAT, Im 4'9, 128 And I feel the same way even when people say you look good ! Its the way we have taught ourselves ! We ALL have to reprogram ourselves. Even if you did go down to 125 when you did eat something you would go up to140 in no time. So be happy with yourself, Your only you one time ! You sexy thing ! Hold your head up !

Cut both your legs off with a chainsaw. You'll weigh less than 125 lbs for sure.

You have to actually tell yourself that you look good of course your like all the other girls in the world they at least hate one thing on there body or many but they sometimes get over it and actually find out that they look good just the way they are so get on the positive things that you like not the negative

Realize that aside from other factors. you are at your normal weight. Tone it up and you may feel so much better about yourself. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. Numbers are numbers but being in great shape is great.

Your body mass index is only 20.2%. This means you are not fat. 25% is considered overweight. 18 to 20% is normal. You are not skinny either. Get some help to adjust your body image to normal.....

do you eat 3 meals a day? do you eat "properly?"
do you vomit on purpose
