Hiya does anyone know if i can use condense milk instead of using skim milk to make Sooji Ladoo. Its an indian sweets.

If you do it will taste funny. The condensed milk is heated to evaporate some of the water from the product. That's why the milk looks a little brown/cream colored. It's going to taste too strong even if you water it down.
A better substitute is dried powdered milk and water as it does not have that cooked milk flavor.

yes you can use condense milk.i was thinking to make that because iam indian too

you most likely can, but be sure to uncondense the milk first by adding water (amount according to the can).
