You need to go to your Dr. He can put you on a weight loss program that will help you lose weight. If you are in high school. you need to start now before your weight gets out of control. Just losing the weight is not going to help during the drills. You have to get your body in shape only your Dr. can help you with that.

SPORTS lots of abs, instead of the car change it for a bike or your legs. Don't eat junk food, but always be active, if you really wanna loose weight you got to be decided and focused that you really want to loose weight, the mind controls the body so if you are really convinced you can loose that weight. I lost 4 kg in a week by doing sports and eating as i normally did. Good Luck.

The quickest, most efficient way to lose weight and gain muscle is to adhere to the following:
-eat good meat (fish, lean beef, chicken)

it depends, if you are already over weight (excess fat) then cut your calories and eat more whole grains. If you do anything to dramatic your body will actually store fat better, you don't want that. go to menshealth.com and check out the ABS DIET. the best thing to do I would think is to bust your testosterone thru natural diet. more T and you'll lose weight build muscle and have more energy
