You could call the pound to pick them up if their stray cats. If you just want them off, wet them with the water hoes until their gone. If you have a dog, bring it to the front porch especially if its 2 mean ones. 1 dog is not enought for the cat. The cat can hiss at the dog and scratch it hard. You can also buy a stray cat catcher. Their 60-70 dollars at petco. They can catch feral cats easily. once you have 1, either keep it as an indoor pet or take it somewhere far in the night or early morning and its gone. Also take care of it for a while and attempt to sell it. Hopefully,.....

Do you have a female cat? If so you need to get her spayed. If not clean the porch with bleach water 10 to 1 mix it kills the odor is not harmful to the cats and will also brighten up the porch. If you have it carpeted get rid of the carpet the smell never comes out ( not to the cat)

A very large dog - or a very angry skunk! Seriously, if you have a female cat, she may be in heat and that is why the neighborhood males are spraying. If you know the owners of the cats, you might speak to them and ask them to please try to keep their cats at home; if you do not know them, or they will not cooperate with you, call animal control to come get the cats.

Send a cleaning bill to your neighbor, maybe that will stop the cat from coming to your patio.

mix 1/4 of a cup of ammonia with 2 cups water in a spray bottle and spray it around your porch area. this usually works the best with males.

Orange peels that have alittle orange juice on them. (Orange peels= about 1/2 of the oranges peel) This will NOT harm the cat. I saw this on a show. This is NOT from my personal experance.

Borax Bleach! They hate that smell put it around where they have sprayed. They are creatures’ of habit so give it time, and put it repeatedly I assure you they will not come back.
