'Rechargeable ' implies an external source of power to do the recharging. Self-rechargeable is a contradiction in terms. You must state clearly what you want, then an answer may be possible.

If you are looking for a battery that never wears out, you do not want a chemical battery. A fuel cell will have to have fuel added to it periodically.

A nuclear battery, or SNAP generator, will last for many years, but they are dangerously radioactive. Some radioactive power sources may contain isotopes that emit beta particles, high-speed electrons. They will still degrade over time due to the half-life of the isotope.

Others may have radioactive material mixed with phosphor to glow permanently, sandwiched between two solar cells. The problem is making the solar cells radiation resistant.

If I understand this question correctly it is another way to ask about the possibility of perpetual motion.

The laws of thermodynamics as we understand them preclude the chance for perpetual motion (which would include a battery that "recharged" itself without an outside energy source).
