I need to eat about 5 meals a day with the above ingradients..but what kinds of food has these?

There's oatmeal, beans, or you can take a shorter way just by getting some Ensure. You will get all those things plus some extra stuff or buy Boost.

Well, let's see....eggs contain protein, and you will find fiber in foods such as baked beans, oatmeal, cereals and certain breads contain higher levels of fiber. "Junk food" such as hamburgers and fries have higher levels of calories as do certain brands of chocolate. Some cakes are high in calories too. Fruits and vegetables generally are fibrous. hope that is a start.

I first thought of beans, oatmeal, fruit and vegetables along with peanut butter.
