well I have one even better... when a person kills a pregnant woman, he can get trialed for double murder, that is for murdering the woman, and for murdering the baby, or at least be considered as an agravant. now, some ppl argue that it is a different case cause the woman wants to have the baby, so he can be trialed that way... however, he deliberately killed a second life and be judged as a criminal act, doing it deliberately, so having the woman killing the baby deliberately should be considered equally as a criminal act. then it comes the argument that the baby is INSIDE the woman's body, so she can rightfully decide what to do with 'her' body, or 'what is in her body'... more interesting is the fact that the fetus is a totally different organism from the mother, which turns to be a temporary host, but still a different organism, and that is why you can judge a person for double murder, since the court couldnt judge you by the same crime twice, every victim is to be accounted for sepperately, instead of attributing the fetus as a 'part of the woman's body', which constitutionally represents a great flaw of the system, or worse a twisted argument for those that do not respect what is 'inside their body' that happens to be another organism, and i would really like to see someone taking off his/her heart since it is also a 'part of the body'.

Pro aborts have really poor answers. For example someone said that the babies were wanted. Ok so lets say the parents changed their mind after the babies were born and paid the man to do it. It is still murder, So whether or not the parents want the baby cannot be the determining factor.

You also should have pointed out that 1/3 of the babies are black since black babies are disproportionately killed. Of what should be our current black population about 1/4 has been exterminated. Klan Parenthood kills more blacks than the KKK ever dreamed of killing. You'd think it would at least be called a hate crime.

This question is comparing apples and oranges.
Abortion is a choice that women are allowed to make. If you can't trust a woman with a choice, how can you trust her with a baby?
Most abortions are done very early in the pregnancy. A baby born full term and wanted, being killed, is not the same thing.
So, answer this, how many unwanted babies have you adopted? Did you pay for all the therapy that 12 year old girl had to have after her father raped her and got her pregnant? Did you console her when she found out that the pregnancy ruined any further chance she could have of having children in the future?
I didn't think so.

Those babies were already born, therefore its murder. Before they are fully formed though, its not much different from scraping cells. But of course, this all goes into the debate over when human life really begins, and all true anti-abortion arguments come from opinion and religion so they don't make solid arguments.

I am pro choice because well.. I hold onto my right to abort a baby if I get raped.

And its not right to be able to say "If you were raped you CAN and if you weren't raped and its just because you had sex then its murder.." because its still the same thing.

But don't get me wrong, I still think safe sex or abstinance is a better choice all around.

Let's say a husband and wife decide they no longer want the baby growing inside the womb and perform an "abortion" type procedure. Would that actually be abortion or because the husband isn't a doctor would that be murder? I guess we now know the true meaning of a license to kill.

What you are trying to compare here are two different things, like apples and oranges. If a person kills another person that was alive, then it is murder with intent. If a woman has an abortion and the tissue can't survive on its own outside of the womb then it is not alive, which means that it can't be murdered. make sense? Abortion is not murder.

Are you saying that women who want to make decisions about their own body are mad?

Here is a fact, a man who opposed abortion (pro-life) shot and killed receptionists in two abortion clinic. Obviously he was so upset about abortions that he choose murder instead. There is nothing about pro-life in the pro-life movement, it is about control.

Tell me where in the bible the word abortion is used. There are 634 commandments, which one forbids abortion. In fact, tell me when the bible states that life begins (it isn't at conception).

Now, here are the facts (check your bible), the 634 commandments are only binding on Jews. Christians are subject to 1 Cor 10:23-24 with emphasis on verse 24.

Obviously you don't know your bible and you failed to follow verse 24. And you fail to admit that bible, the word of God spoken by the prophet does not (yes does not) mention abortion. The commandment is do not kill, murder is a legal term, and it does not apply to abortion since that subject isn't in the bible.

God has not taken a position on this, but men have. They have politicize this issue, this very private issue, an issue that should remain between a woman and her doctor.

I have thought about it, I have research it, and I find that you haven't. I guess you prefer that young women die because of a coat wire alley way abortion. And once again I refer you to 1 Cor 10:23-24.

Babies are not babies until they are born. Thats what most people claim.

Really?. How about the thousands of "C" sections done a year. Those babies are not born natural. Are they not babies?

They didn't even come out of the mother's womb. Are they less of a baby?

babies have been born at 5 months old and lived. Were they not babies?

Luke. Ch.1 vs 40:45
40 And entered into the house of Zacharias, and saluted Elisabeth.

41 And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:

42 And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.

43 And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

44 For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.

45 And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

GOD, has "set" the message. That will not change, by popular vote.

The difference is that this type of murder is illegal and abortion is legal. Our laws have determined that an unborn baby is not a real person unless deamed so by its natural incubator - the woman carrying it. We need to either change the laws or council women about ending the lives of their unborn children.

although that is not a good analogy, i agree with you that abortion is murder

Science tell us that human life begins at the time of conception. From the moment fertilization takes place, the child's genetic makeup is already complete. Its gender has already been determined, along with its height and hair, eye and skin color. The only thing the embryo needs to become a fully-functioning being is the time to grow and develop

All abortion is, is taking advantage of someone who is defenseless - no one has the right to decide someone else's right to live
