It's Quite Red & it stays in one spot Hubby says it's a Cyst & he thinks the only way 2 get Rid of it is Surgery but we have No Health Insurance any Ideas?

If it's bustable..lance it and put neosporin and a bandage on it. If it's hard..or spongy like a ganglia..it will have to be removed surgically.

Suggestions that you find a free clinic in your area are good ideas. In the meantime, have you tried soaking your foot in a salt-water bath? Salt tends to draw infection out and may help with the soreness until you have it seen by a doctor.

Check for clinics in your area that offer a sliding scale fee.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT lance it and put neosporin on it. You are just inviting infection and if you can't go to the dr now what are you going to do when you end up with a HUGE infection and they have to remove your toe.

sorry nothing can help but a doc, i was a hand model when i was a baby and than i got a cyst, my hand modeling was done. i just got my cyst removed 1 year ago and its awesome

Soak your foot in epson salt, it draws out the infection. You can also go to your local drug store and get drawing salve.
