Does anybody know a freeware that can change your text to speech?

It has to be free do not refer me to a site DIRECT link to a web live connection or download a program to do it? do NOT answer download.com or any other limewire any thing else...has to not be a free trial also!

windows comes pre installed with that. go to start, control panel then click on speech. type in your text and microsoft sam will say it.
