Hmm. I'm envisioning you as a young brunettte... say around 14 years of age.
You have a very loyal friend who is trying to give you advice that you don't want to hear.
You like a boy in particular and he appears to like you. You are torn between saving your feelings (and yourself) for your true love... not knowing whether he is it or not.
Should you go further with him? Is he using you? Will he leave you after the summer?
Your friend and your instincts are warning you not to trust him. Yet, you so badly want him to be your true love.
I would advise waiting. You have all of high school (and after that) to try and meet your soulmate. He may have feelings for you now, but college will present him with vast new experiences. You will grow apart very quickly.
I know that you don't want to hear this, but the halls of high school have been littered with freshman and sophmore girls who gave everything to a senior, only to have them abandoned when the senior leaves for college.
The choice is up to you, but the odds are against you being happy in the end if you follow through with this.
