unless you leased the car you have to ask the dealership but if you bought the car than dont bother

Some states do have lemon laws or inspection laws that might give a very limited right to a refund or voiding the sales contract in very specific situations, but there is no unconditional "cooling off" period on any auto sales contracts in any state.

The rules are the same for leases, sales, and financed deals.

Once you take delivery of the vehicle, you can not return it, unless the dealer is willing to take it back. They are not required to, and unless there is a special program (such as Chrysler is running right now in certain areas), most will not.

The Lemon Law there is 1 year.
