I've been searching for the longest flight that is non-stop. The closest I have found so far is from Atlanta, Georgia to Seoul, South Korea, via Korean Airlines. It comes to 13 hours 45 minutes.

The World's Longest Non-Stop Commercial Flight
Finance & Business
On February 3, 2004 Singapore Airlines will open a non-stop service from Singapore to Los Angeles with a flight time of more than 18 hours. The flight beats out Continental Airlines' flight from Newark NJ to Hong Kong at just under 16 hours. Singapore Airlines, Asia's biggest airline, will fly once-a-day using 5 new Airbus A340-500 aircraft. The flight is expected to cost 5 or 10 percent over the usual single stop flights, but will shave hours off the trip.
