honey can be used in teas and sweeten beverages, baking, cooking and almost anything you can imagine. I use it every time when I put some butter and honey on my english muffins or french bread during breakfast time.
It can also be used as a barbeque marinade -- with any bbq sauce with honey-- honey barbecue.
Cooking is all about experimenting

I use it for a lot of things: Tea, hot lemon and honey when I'm sick, or to replace syrup if I'm out.
Also, I've not done this in a while, but a few times I made some very thin pancakes. Then in a saucepan I would heat syrup, honey, chopped nuts, and a bit of peanutbutter. Talk about rich!

As a non-medicated way to reduce your seasonal allergy symptoms. Buy LOCAL honey (that's critical), and then several weeks before the onset of your allergy season, start eating a spoonful a day of the honey. Some people believe that it really helps. It made a noticeable difference for me in regard to my spring allergies.

I use it to help me sleep.
I take a spoonful of honey before I go to bed. It makes my blood sugar spike, then drop -- I get drowsy and fall asleep quickly.
Also good in tea.

honey can be used as a sugar substitute in equal measure (1tsp of honey equals 1tsp of sugar). honey can also be used to incorporate moisture to your baked goods as honey like sugar pulls moisture from the air.

Smooth it over the top of pie crust whenever you bake pies. It is delicious and turns the top a beautifully glistening golden brown.
