i just eat one celery a day, or no food at all, just mostly drink water, so if i go to the gym everyday and do tae bo 2x's a day and walk the dog and jog in the morning, by august 14 can i lose 40-45 lbs???????? thanks and please tell me if its possible if i can lose this. dont give me health LECTURE please dont, its a waste of both our time, and just tell me yes its possible if i do this.

heres my idea:
morning:jog or walk 30-45 min
afternoon-taebo(45min) or dancing or jump rope (45 min)
mid afternoon:gym ( 2hours)
late afternoon:walk dog (30 min)
evening:tae bo (45min)
thats my idea for the whole july , til august 14, and im only gonna drink lots of water and celery, negative calorie foods, so do you think its possible i can lose 40-50 lbs???? just tell me yes, no bull shyt with no its not healthy

If you don't eat enough your body will starve and eat your muscles and you will have damage. You actually need to increase the amount of meals you eat to lose weight but have small proportions.
If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.
Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved if you don't have the access.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices
Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)
Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.
Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.
To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 (women) - 1800 (men) and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) cal and 6 sessions again.
Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

Yes but you might collaspe by doing that. Everyone is giving you a lecture b/c its not healthy. Obviously you don't understand the consequences that can come with this steep decisions. By doing this, you will be so exhausted that you won't be able to hold up to your jogs and if you push yourself SERIOUS health problems can occur. My best advice is drink lots of water, limit your excercise to once a day for an hour, cut your meat out but make sure you eat some kind of protien, and eat lots of fruits/veggies. If you eat NO food at all, you will die within a week. A body can't take that crucial diet. What is so important that you need to go to this type of extremes to lose 45 pounds in a lil over a month?????

It depends on whether you have 40-45 pounds of muscle and fat. Most people don't. Although I'm very suspicious that you're suffering from Anorexia Nervosa if all you eat is a celery stick a day, or no food at all. Own the problem, and do something about it, cause you're hurting your friends and family by starving yourself.

If you keep that up you will be hospitalized if you dont die first. You have to think of your electrilites. Celery and water will deplete your body of nutrients and it will put your electrilites out of wack. Plus you wont just lose fat, you will loose muscle, tisue and much more. You will have no energy and then you will crave everything you denied yourself and then gain everything back plus more. Do it right and it will last forever. Sorry for the lecture but that is just crazy. Good Luck

NO. but I am not lecturing you. If you didn't want a lecture don't ask such a question, you said it in your question "just tell me yes it's possible" you have already have Your answer that YOU want.
you will probaly be in the hospital from exhaustion because your body does not have enough stored energy to handle the physical output, you may also end up getting fractures or pulled muscles.

Wow it seems to me that you are doing too much. No food at all sometimes?
Just stay away from fatty fast food, don't avoid all food. Like some subway roast chicken breasts or whatnot are healthy as hell.
Trust me, drinking water and cardio excercize are the best way to help you get in shape in no time.
Never starve yourself, baby. And yes 45 pounds ain't nothing tough.

it would not be healty to do that you eventually will pay for this imbalance. this is not a lecture eat every two hours something low calorie and exercise your weight loss regimine seems a lot of effort the numbers do not add up it woul be virtually impossible to reduce 45lbs in this time frame you should have started this goal sooner . try atkins diet i lost 74lbs in 3 months. good luck and health to you

i think you'll loose like... 70-80 pounds doing all of that! just eating celery might not be good. maybe every 2 or 3 hours have a low-calorie snack or something. you need to balance your weight and food first.

The diabetic diet. You don't have to be diabetic to go on this diet, because it gives you the calories you need to live a normal life and at the same time you lose weight and you stay healthy.
