Usually, I have little or no time for breakfast. If I eat sugary cereal or waffles and syrup I feel gross. What can I eat thats easy and good for me? Also, is it bad to not drink fruit juice in the morning but have water instead? Will I lose energy?

When I'm in a hurry, I grab a piece of toast and a banana. Considering that fruit juice contains more sugars than water, if you drink water, you won't get as much energy. Maybe you could try those Yoplait nouriche things.

i know what you mean about eating sugary food in the morning ..i suggest you grab a piece of fruit with yogurt or a bagel. and about the fruit juice, you can skip it and drink water as long as you eat something with it. im not sure if this will make u lose energy.

Try a breakfast bar, they are quick and good for you. Juice? It doesn't matter what you drink in the morning, as long as it's fluid.

The night before make muffins and stick them in an airtight container. You can eat on those for a couple of days.

Yogurt mixed with either fruit or granola (?)

Most fruit juice is loaded with sugar, so if you stick with water, it's probably better for you.

water is fine, i would say biscuts and gravy but that is not the healthiest thing for ya, try some granola or nutrigrain bars, exstacy works, but you might need some orange juice with that so you can swallow the mushrooms
