If you're looking for a short-term, or sex-oriented relationship, then go for it. If you seek a longer-term, more emotionally fulfilling relationship then I would suggest playing a little more hard-to-get because if not there is a chance the relationship will remain primarily sexual, and you may end up getting hurt if you become too emotionally attached, but the other person thinks it's just sex.

That is kinda early. If u are still a virgin try to wait till youre married. If not give iat a least a month cuz you dont want to easy. You dont want him thinking that you will lay down with any body after 1 week or that you are a slut. So try to wait if u can 4 your own benefit.

You didn't say if you already have had sex or are just considering it. If you haven't, don't. There is no reason to rush it. Remember that if you do it with him after a week, he may always wander if you'd do it with someone else after a week too. Get to know him better; you may find out that chemistry is all you have together!

Sex should be had prior to the first date. If a couple are able to have sex as soon as they meet, i.e. prior to any "date" being arranged, as a result of "love at first sight" or some kind of natural attraction, then they will share an unspoken bond.

i had sex with my now fiance a week after we met it's been 3 years we still can't get enough of each other and we we getting married in 2 weeks it all depends.

Hell, I've had sex after knowing someone for a few hours... sex is just sex.. sometimes it turns into more... one of my longest relationships started from a one nighter that turned into a 3 year....

It's okay, but only if you're at least 18 and so is he. Also make him wear a condom every time.
If you're not a legal adult yet, then stop having sex until you both are 18.

I do belive in love at first sight but I also know that it rarely leads to "happily ever after". Be prepared to deal with the consequences.
