Don't know of one, but I can tell you how to calculate it.
Take your weight. Divide by 2.2. Then multiply that answer by 25. This is the # of calories you need a day to maintian this weight.
To lose weight, subtract 500 calories/day adn you will lose a pound a week. To gain weight, add 500 cal/day to gain a pound a week. If you are trying to lose weight and subtracting 500 cal/day causes you to go under 1200 calories, stay at the 1200 level, bump up the exercise, and add a multivitamin/mineral supplement daily.
ie: you weigh 130 lbs.
130 divided by 2.2 = 59.05
59.05 x 25 = 1475 calories/day.

You can also look up the calories in many foods and keep track of your daily intake. This site helped me get started losing weight. You can also look up the amount of calories some activities burn.
