It could be a few reasons. For one, white chicks don't look like their moms and sisters. Another might be the fact white chicks might mean upward mobility from a social and economic stand point (although this might not be the case in reality). And of course men and women all over the world tend to find certain features attractive regardless of what race (the hip to waist ration). Finally in the Western World the whole "blonde hair blue eyed" woman is thought of as the ideal beauty.

Not better than, but we do like them. All women are special in their own way. Its like asking a white guy if he only likes steak and potatoes...of course he's going to want to try out asian, mexican and maybe even indian foods...sort of like that!
