im a nurse. i work with people with dementia and alzheimers. the drug is aricept. it does not improve the memory. it slows down the process of alzheimers. if a person is too advanced with alzheimers, it wont work. president raegan was prescribed aricept

Ginko- biloba makes such claims. It is an herbal supplement found over the counter. Aricept is a prescription commonly given to Alzheimer's patients. Have a nice day.
