Well, my mom keeps telling me that It's because we are on summer break and that when school starts back up, my feelings will go away. But somehow, I don't believe her. You see, I always spend a week or two with my family in West Virginia without my parents. Its so beautiful up there that...it somehow helps clear my head. I spoke with him two nights before I left for my week. I told him that I would miss him bunches and that I would send him a postcard when I got there. Well, I only completed one of my promises, I sent him a post card. Its not that I met another boy up there, or that I'm too into my career, because I was the youngest person up there and I'm too young to work. But I didn't miss him at all. Not one bit. And my mom said that when I got home things would change... but they didn't. And a long time ago we promised we would never break up, which is stupid, but in some ways I meant it. I don't "like" him anymore, and dont want to be his girlfriend. What should I do

Honey i was in your same boat, and in my situation my guy made it feel like breaking up with him was the end of the world. which it wasn't. Just do it, work yourself up to it. You said you were young, so why waste your time with someone who doesn't make you happy? What you need to do is call him over, do it face to face and make him leave, give him time to think. Then later have him call you or im you and talk it all out. It's easiest that way. It's helps if you can have someone you trust there while you talk it out later.

Well if you REALLY don't like him no more tell him the truth. But if you are asking us what to do then you honsetly don't know if you still like him or not. So i would wait till school starts back and see what ur mom said is true and if not break it off if so then stay togeather. Good Luck

think that even though you promised him you should still break up with him maybe you could still be friends im friends with all my boyfriends but it's not fair to the other person to pretend to like them that is wrong no matter what
