if i dont use anything like hairspray or anything will my hair stay straight in 66% humidity when i ts not gonna rain or anything its just gonna be sunny?

It depends on what type of hair you have. If you have curly hair, it's most likely gonna be frizzy. If you have a very coarse(African American) grain of hair and you do not have a relaxer, you will fuzz up a bit and your curl under won't last. If you have silky straight hair, you should be okay.

Maybe it's not going to rain, but 66% humidity coupled with the
heat and here comes the frizzies!

no humidity is the moisture in the air i think you'll be ok but it's over a 50% chance so you could probably use some hairspray

If it does, then you'd be the first...I dont really think you can keep hair frizz-free in such humidity if u straighten it.

Probably not- use some serum or other straightening product.
