Not necessarily. Some people like to play a little rough when having sex...as long as both enjoy it, there's nothing wrong with that. There is a problem if you ask him to stop or you tell him you don't like it and he ignores you or gets rougher.

This is normal. Its just to put some "spice" into the sex-life. So go with it, unless he's pulling your hair too hard - then just tell him "not so hard". Try slapping his butt next time and see how he reacts! :)
