Not really, no more than the US had plans for invading the Soviet Union. If eithe side had plans, they were VERY secret.
I doubt it though, the Russians probably knew an invasion of American soil would be extremely difficult and costly, and ultiamtly not worth it (the American's thought the same thing about Invading Russia....too difficult and not worth it).
And to be honest, I think most of the threats to use nuclear strikes against each other were more for the benefit of the citizens (something like "see, we'll show those commies who;s boss!) A nuclear strike agasint either one would have pretty much meant the end of the world. Niether Kennedy nor Krushev were that stupid.

I hope someone with specialized knowledge will answer this question. I just did a bit of Internet sleuthing, but did not find anything of immediate interest.
Both our countries had contingency plans for both attack and defense. I don't think the Soviets ever seriously considered a land invasion because we were too strong. Also, if they knew anything about the U.S. and the rate of private gun ownership, they probably would have thought twice about their prospects.
Wouldn't it have been funny for the Soviets to try and control some tough inner-city, gang-infested neighborhood in Chicago or New York? The Soviets would have been mowed down. I can just image thousands of young toughs doing their best impersonation of Al Pacino saying; "let me introduce you to my little friend!" pop-pop-pop--pop-pop-pop-pop
Red Dawn would also have highlighted the trouble the Soviets would have gotten themselves into. I think the war would have been a 'total war", not simply restricted to soldiers in uniform, but rather including everyone from young teenagers to grandmothers in their wheelchairs. Everyone would have shot at the Russians.

Of course the soviet union had every intention of invading the the US during the cold war. But thanks to kennedy we were able to avoid said conflict from getting worse.

To me the Cuban missile crisis is a good example of yes. As for invading, I don't think so.

Who knows what would have happened if JFK would not have stood up to Russians in Cuba. The fact that Russia tried to put bombs there makes me have to answer YES

No it was a standoff both powers had enough fire power to destroy each other so neither one would dare try an attack
