A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

ALSO....
i found this artical called "50 Habits of "Naturally Thin" People
How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end. Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.
Slash 250 cal.s a day to lose about 25 lbs. in a year, Slash 500 cal.s to loose 50 pounds.
This is based on a 150-pound person: you may need to cut more/ fewer calories depending on ur weight, age & gender. It also assumes your normal calorie intake essentially stays the same and your weight is stable.

I know this sounds stupid BUT I lost 75 pounds 5 years ago and kept it off, man.. (I'm 53/F, 5'3", l20 lbs fyi.) You don't cut calories, man.. You do more physically (I did that.. revved up my metabolism. I'm a new person now.) Every little action, no matter how inconsequential you think it is, is like 'money in the bank.' You don't count calories as I said.. you watch what kind you eat.. (I mean, give it some thought.. you're NOT going to get fat eating the same amount of calories but eating salads, fruits, yogurts.. right?) right. I eat a shitload of breakfast cereals (loaded w/vitamins) for my snacks. I'm vegetarian. I eat 2/3 cans a day of beans (and I don't fart.. your system gets used to 'em.. I do fart when I eat cabbage and raisins tho.. lol My husband hates it.) You cut out fast foods and you'll lose l0, 20 right there I predict (in 3/4 months.) You need to change yourself in your mind to change your body's appearance.. what I mean is think differently and don't slobber over McDonald's McChicken sandwich ads.. (It was easy for me to do.. I used to slobber over Taco Bell food, lol.) Now I slobber when I see a nice yummy salad loaded with cheese, anything veggie. (no duh!) I used to say the best way to gain weight was to 'go on a diet..' as if you cut down on calories or amounts of the bad foods you ARE currently eating, sooner or later you'll screw up and go back to your bad ways of eating, man.. (fast foods are very VERY bad in my book.) I hate those stupid lyin Wendies.. w/their 'salads' (they're bad as hell.) People hate ya when you try too, by the way.. (expect criticism.. it sux.) Everyone hates me now that I'm thin (lol.. tough ****!) g'luck.. (U can DO it!!!) hey, don't just 'walk' but RUN.. it takes l0-30 minutes a day of VIG-orous... exercise to do it! that bullshit 'power walking' and bike riding doesn't do **** as far as exercise/revving up metabolism. (Thin people? they've got that revved up metabolic rate.. You NEED it!) damn, I feel helpful right now.. (I know, I suck.. ha, sound conceited..) later (wink) melancholia the trim know-it-all *****..
