Your cat is seriously dehydrated and needs to be seen for the fever by a veterinarian. Hurry!

Most vets who don't "take call" during non office hours should have a referral number on their answering machine with the number to another vets' office or an animal hospital in the area.
Your cat sounds ill - diarrhea alone would not concern me too much, but when combined with the pale gums (anemia?) fever ( you do know the normal temp for a cat is 101-102 degrees, right?) and lethargy - I'm seriously worried. Plus, cats don't usually "seem" sick right away, so if he/she's showing signs - I would try to find someone (another vet, if not your own) to see them.
Good luck, hun - and I truly hope your purr baby is OK.

It could be a number of things but first we need to know
does your cat have it vaccines/shots all up to date?
is your cat indoors only or do you let him go outside also?
how long has your cat had the symptoms you describe? H
how old is your cat?
There are a couple serious diseases that can only be prevented for cats (i.e. must have their vaccines) such as
feline leukemia, their is no cure once they it but your can prevent it w/ regular shots.
It could be a kidney problem or liver, or even an allergy of some kind. With out more info its hard to answer.
So call your vet first thing in the morning and get your cat to the vet for a check up. Because his illness won't go away by it self it will only get worse.

Ther are no emergency vets around ? I would keep your cat hydrated and call your vet immediately tomorrow. Could be numerous things(parasites, FIV, FELV, foreign body)

FIV, Feline Leukemia, many other serious problems. Please let him be checked by a vet asap! It isnt something that will cure itself, and if you love him, get him help!
