You could do a kind of noodle nasi goreng type thing, I'm not sure what top ramen is but I'm guessing it's a kind of pre-packaged ramen thing that you just heat up with a packet of flavouring (if it's not then this may not work) If the noodles are dried soften them according to the packet instructions, but take them out a little early (they will fall apart if they're over-cooked) Thinly slice the beef and if you have onions chop them up Heat some oil (or butter if you have no oil) in a fry-pan add the beef and onions, cook until the beef is browned and the onions softened, add chopped veggies and the flavouring from the Ramen also add a little water, this will help the flavouring get into the whole dish, when the veggies are cooked add the noodles and stir till warmed through. In a separate pan fry two eggs sunny-side up. To serve, divide the noodles between two plates and place a fried egg on top of each one, if you have a lemon, put a wedge of lemon on each plate. You could use the chicken instead of the beef, and you could use a little tomato soup instead of water. If the noodles are more like spaghetti than asian noodles, use the noodles from the top ramen, but make sure you drain them (you don't need soupy stuff in this dish, it is meant to be a stir-fry type thing.
OR
you could do a pasta bake
fry up onion and the bacon, then remove from pan. chop the chicken into small pieces and cook off. Mix bacon onion and chicken with a bit of tomato soup and place in the bottom of a baking dish. I'm not sure how to prepare your mac and cheese, but prepare it according to the instructions and place this in a layer over the chicken. bake in a hot oven until the top is browned
I hope this is usefull and I hope your boyfriend likes it!!

you can actually do a test, take the veggies ,soup , boiled chicken or beef, cooked noodles and put all together as a casseroul, bake at least a half hour or till boiled and cooked veggies, usually at 350 or 400, I take alot of these mixes and the family loves em, its somethin healthy and fillin if you want a extra taste, put a chicken or beef boullion one cube or two in it, salt and pepper and sometimes I love garlic. if you like to give more of a taste saute the veggies in butter before puttin in with everythin, an hour or less is as long as this meal will take, good luck, just get creative, only you guys will know what you like and if dont try wont know,

Take your chicken breasts and thaw them. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap the chicken breasts in bacon by securing with a toothpick. Add some butter to a hot skillet. Cook on each side one minute to lock in juices. Then put the skillet into a 375 degree oven until the juices are clear and the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Saute thin sliced squash and top with cheese. Also if you have ground beef you can add uncooked rice to it and mix and roll into balls and cook it in diluted tomato soup for 45 minutes for porcupine soup. much love! i hope you do love cooking.

maybe u could cook the noodles and make a tomato-y kind of sauce, and veggies on the side? You could also add some beef and chicken in the sauce...if that's what he likes.

pot roast in a slow cooker is easy. Just add about a cup of water and throw in the beef and carrots, onions and potatoes and maybe a seasoning packet. Turn the heat on medium-low before you leave for work in the morning and when you get home it will be done.

Make ramen, but add in an egg (just crack it in there when it's cooking), veggies and beef or chicken. That'll be fancier and actual resemble real Asian ramen.
