For the people that are saying, "OMG VAMPIRES DON'T EXIST OMGOGMGOMGOMG111" you have absolutely no imagination. ******* work with the question, stop being so serious. Use the piece of flesh inside your noggin and think of a logical, IMAGINERY response. I don't see how questions (that are asked everyday) like "omg how do I pop my gf's cherry" get more serious responses than this.

God people. Imagination is such a lovely thing if you have the ABILITY to use it.

They don't exist !!
So the answer can be anything u need it to be ....

wives ?? Does he tell them he is infected ??
Or, since they are dead anyway it wouldn't matter.

Maybe a vampire can find a cure !!

Although traditionally vampires are the living dead and would logically not be affected by diseases like AIDS, some authors have tackled this question in short stories and novels.

A quick Google search for "vampires AIDS" will provide enough reading material to keep your friend busy for awhile!

Interesting question. I don't know, but it wouldn't matter in the end, would it? They're already dead.
