For the people that are saying, "OMG VAMPIRES DON'T EXIST OMGOGMGOMGOMG111" you have absolutely no imagination. ******* work with the question, stop being so serious. Use the piece of flesh inside your noggin and think of a logical, IMAGINERY response. I don't see how questions (that are asked everyday) like "omg how do I pop my gf's cherry" get more serious responses than this.
God people. Imagination is such a lovely thing if you have the ABILITY to use it.

Can the wolf man get a hang nail ?
Does the mummy need a band aid if he gets cut ?
Does Mr. Hide use serotonin re uptake inhibitors ?
If the invisible is invisible isn't he really blind ?
Yes folks, only here at yahoo will we know
these answerer's !!
Can vampires get AIDS ?
aaah ... aaaah ..... aaaah ........
no, i mean yes, i mean , no, i, i ...
awe heck !!!!!
They don't exist !!
So the answer can be anything u need it to be ....
So, lets say yes they can ...
Now, what does a vampire do about his
wives ?? Does he tell them he is infected ??
Or, since they are dead anyway it wouldn't matter.
Hmmmm ...
Maybe a vampire can find a cure !!
i mean the virus gets into our DNA so there
can never be a vaccine since it mutates all the
time, does a vampire still have DNA ? or is his
system only RNA which transcribes everything
and anything into his cell structure ...
Hmmmm .......
I guess unless we meet a vampire we will
never truly know...
Nice question .... Had me thinking !!!

Although traditionally vampires are the living dead and would logically not be affected by diseases like AIDS, some authors have tackled this question in short stories and novels.
A quick Google search for "vampires AIDS" will provide enough reading material to keep your friend busy for awhile!

Interesting question. I don't know, but it wouldn't matter in the end, would it? They're already dead.
