Most definetely!

She is avaible, and, since you are, you should make it a "couple" as she has it in mind...

If you dont get the "hint", then, maybe she will be better off with some one who can take the hint, eh? :)

I wish you well..

unless they are friends, more in likely. At least I'd think so. Normally when a woman is asked that question, it means that if they don't have plans they are going to be invited to do something with the guy asking. I'd say more than likely, cause otherwise they'd give an excuse to not go out with the person asking.

She's interested in something. Whether she's interested in you, or you just seemed convenient, who knows. Some women just simply like a good time on the town and any port in the storm will do. Especially if the guy is paying. But then again, she may really be interested. Take a chance. It may only cost you one evening. Have a good time. Decide later if she's really interested.

She might, but she also may be in need of a friend. If you're not interested in her but you'd like to have a friend, tell her you wouldn't mind hanging out sometimes and that it's good to have a female friend so you can get the female perspective. If you're interested, ask her out. If you aren't either, tell her you tired and go home. When she asks again tell her somethings come up.

Yes, she is interested in him. That is an open line for him to ask her out. He might want to say something like: If you don't have plans, and I don't have plans, Let's plan something together!

Knowing that you are the type of guy to ask such a idiotic question on Yahoo answers I would say 'no'. She was just talking. People do that sometimes you know!

She is certainly interested in going out that evening ... maybe she is frustrated waiting for him to ask so she is taking matters into her own hands.

Yup, she's interested. Don't forget to take a couple condoms! But don't take the whole box. She might freak out if she sees you bust out the bonus pack.
