if he say he need some personal time but he always with his friends and he rarely answers my calls. it has been a week now and he is still saying he need personal time after i stop calling as much and asking to see him as much.

I'm sorry, but he's just not that into you. And I say this to spare your some heart ache in the future, not to hurt your feelings.

Give him some space. You're overcrowding him.
Move on with your own life. I'm sure there is someone who needs your attention more than your b-f..
