No, but maybe there is a reason why you can't locate him, there is a reason for everything, Maybe he doesn't want to be found!!!!

There is a registry designed to reunite adopted children and their biological parents. Each of you has to register, then when they get a match, the agency contacts both of you and you can arrrange to meet. But you both have to want to meet the other.
As he's now in his mid-thirties, his adopted parents may have told him the truth about his birth.
Find out about registering. At least there's a 50/50 chance for contact if you're registered!
