Quit on the anal sex, unless you're wearing a condom; and no drugs.
Other than that, women have to be weary with whom they sleep with...and the above combined would greatly reduce aids....in many countries.
In Africa, they need to get off the idea of anal sex as a substitute of normal sex ie it's a trend over there to do anal to maintain ones virginity. Also it's said there's some mystical belief that if you have sex with babies.... luck or some dumb s&it will come to you. Plus many don't believe it exists.
It's amazing how many people don't know where aids mostly takes it's path.

its not just safe sex but from blood transfusions and you can get it from a cut from another persons blood or salivia entering the area if bad , but just plain sense of what it is , read listen and learn
