My ex and i need help?

Well we kinda broke up last week and well he keeps calling me and bringing up our realationship and i don't know what to do. I wanna be with him put my mom doesn't like him which complecates things. I am so confused please help me.

Look at why you broke up. Do you want to do it again if things have not changed. Listen carefully to what others have to say and why they are saying it then make a educated decision.

You are correct in wanting the freedom to date whom ever you want. Parents believe that they can help you "weed-out" the bad ones and hope you chose the better ones. So be honest, understanding, yet firm in your trust of your own decisions, so that they may be able to let go much easier - trusting your Independence.
Without going into detail, there has to be a reason why there was a break-up. Spend a little time apart to relax the issue, ask for a little time and then sit down and openly discuss the relationships parameters. Be suggestive and firm on the way you would like it to go. If you are unhappy with the way the discussion is going, chances are the relationship would too turn for the worse later.

Tell him not to call and you don't call him for a week. After 1 week you call and talk for a little bit and see how things are going. But you can't talk for a week not even a hello.

what do you mean, kinda of broke up? you either did or you didn't. is he your ex boyfriend or ex husband? different answers for different situations
