Avoid sugar and soda! These will cause your blood sugar to rise for a few minutes, then fall below it was before ... you'll have *less* energy than you had before.
Raisins and nuts are good ... complex carbs and protein. Your body processes them more slowly, they provide longer-lasting energy.

If you are healthy the best thing to do is eat good balanced meals and snacks fresh fruit ,vegies,meat,dairy,whole grain & whole wheat breads Low in sugars fats and carbs just eat sensible and exersize can help also
