Yes, is worth visiting the bay. It's an amazing experience to see these micro-organisms (luminescent dinoflagellates) light up the water. You should try to visit the bay with a new moon. There are 3 locations in Puerto Rico: Lajas, Fajardo and Vieques. I've been to the one in Lajas (South-West coast) is losing the brightness because of the contamination. Try visiting the one in Fajardo or Vieques (East coast)

Absolutely. We went to the bay in Fajardo and it was amazing. The kayak trip into the bay was very enjoyable, and seeing the biolumenescence was an unforgettable experience. If you're staying in San Juan and traveling over to Fajardo, you can also do some hiking around El Yunque on the way out there if you make time for it.

No, because there has been so much pollution, the phosphorecent bay is not as bright as I remember it. But Vieques has a bluish, surreal phosphorescent bay.

None, adventure time is larger than that. * l. a. Parguera, Lajas is interior the sourth western coast of the island. * At Vieques there will be another one, you may want to get a small plane (CESNA) or adventure to Fajardo and take a ferry to Vieques. * I evaluate there will be another one at Fajardo, even if now not particular. you'll earnings Fajardo in lower than 2 hours by using way of vehicle.
