I think you mean Statutory Rape. It is when an adult has sex with a minor. Even though the minor is ok with it, it is considered rape because the minor is under age.

The common law definition of rape has not proven adequate to reflect modern values. It is limited to sex without consent and with a woman, and only where the victim is not the wife of the rapist. Many states have enacted laws which include under the charge of rape , sex with a minor even if done with the minor's consent, sex without consent regardless of whether the victim is male or female, and sex without consent regardless of the matrimonial bond between victim and rapist.

When you have sex with a minor. If you are over 18 and touch a minor under 18 then you are a pervert and need to rot in jail. Grown men and women need to leave children alone and fondling and other forms of sexual conduct are inappropriate for children under 18. Even if there saying yes I want you to screw me and you are over the age and they are under it is Statutory Rape. So leave it alone. Just say no to anything under age check ID before you touch it or you could go straight to JAIL. NO FREE PASS
