I color my hair myself. I use Garnier nutrisse because it is the best I have found so far. The color is nice, but it doesn't do much for the gray. I would say I have less than 10% gray. Thank you in advance for your help.

I'm not sure I understand the question...if you mean shampoo for permanently colored hair try Color Smart by Matrix or Vivid Color by Graham Webb. If you mean permanent color in a kit for grays then try gray coverage dyes...the developer in gray coverage dyes is lower, which means more deposit and less lift. Also, if your color washes out on your grays then do this...go to A beauty supply store and buy a bottle of 10 Volume Developer. Put it on your new growth or showing grays and leave for 20 or 30 minutes before you color. Add color and comb through to get color and developer even and voila! Grays will be battled easier and color will stay longer.

(a million. Use liquid cleansing soap (for 5 minutes) then use a deep contitoner as this would damage your hair. (2. upload baking soda and shampoo mutually and put on your hair for 45minutes to a hour. (3. Wash your hair with body cleansing soap. (attempt to attempt for the fruit soaps) - go away on your hair for extra or less 15-20 minuets, then wash out with warmth water. solid success.
